It has been a whirlwind couple of weeks lately! Between the holidays, Hunter’s birthday, and then starting off the year with a sickness working its way through our house it’s taking everything in me to get back on track. Thankfully I’ve got some beautiful, sunny family photos to share on this rainy day! You’re going to love these Lions Bridge family photos!

One of my favorite parts of photography is getting to meet new families and hear their stories. And let me tell you, this one was a long time coming! We originally scheduled Bridgette’s family for the beginning of November. After an unexpected illness in their family, plus a couple of rainy weekends, we were finally able to get together the Saturday before Christmas.

It’s no secret that I come from a small family. It’s always so fascinating to me to see the relationships between siblings, especially teenagers! These kiddos definitely stepped outside their comfort zone for me, but it was well worth it! We had a great time together, and I love how their family photos turned out.

Bridgette, thank you for trusting a total stranger and sharing your sweet family with me! I hope you all had as much fun as I did and enjoy your Lions Bridge family photos!!

At the end of all of my family sessions – especially those with younger kiddos – I like to play a little game I call Run to Me! It’s something for those little ones to get excited about and helps them get out all those pent-up wiggles before I send them back home with Mom and Dad. It’s even better when the big kids get involved, too!
